She was predeceased by: her husband Howard Ray Emmons; her parents, Eddie O. Wilbanks and Artie Hagy Wilbanks; and her siblings, J. D. Wilbanks, Haze Wilbanks, Johnny Wilbanks, Athalee Wilbanks Christopher and Clara Wilbanks Roberts.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon (Ted Morrow) and David (Jackie Emmons); her grandchildren, Katy, Pete Stigers of Bristol, TN, Anne, Jake Cullens of Brooklyn, NY, Amy Morrow Hall, Kelly Hill Hall of Stone Mountain, GA, Maggie, Daniel Penton of Titusville, FL, Tanner Emmons, Taylor Emmons, Hunter Emmons and Emily Emmons of Grayson, GA; her great grandchildren, Nell Stigers, Peter James Stigers Jr., Naomi and Bethany Penton; and her siblings-in-law, Jerry Lyn and Gerry Emmons of Selmer, TN. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, and precious friends.
