She was predeceased by : her parents, Doyle Cantrell and Lounette Miles. She is survived by : her husband Ben Butterworth; her son Travis; her daughter-in-law Heather Butterworth; her daughter Jessica; her son-in-law Bill Etheridge; her granddaughter Hope Butterworth; her brothers, Doug (Wanda Starkey) and Mike (Lauren Cantrell); and her siblings-in-law, Alton and Mary Butterworth. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
