He is survived by: his wife Lynne Fowlkes of Greensboro, Georgia; his sons, Christopher Paul Fowlkes (Nicole) and Joshua Joel Fowlkes; his sister Elizabeth Fowlkes Largent; and his granddaughter Evelyn Marie Fowlkes.
