He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie U. Gatlin, Sr. and Nora Corley Gatlin; and his siblings, Willie U. "Bill" Gatlin, Jr. and Betty Gatlin Etheridge. He is survived by: his daughters, Denise Jenkins (John) and Tesa Crownover (Larry); and his brothers, William Leon Gatlin and Bobby. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; 9 great great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
