She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph William Lewis; her parents, Charles Archer and Grace Irene Archer; and her sons, Johnny Lewis, Ernest Lewis, Larry Lewis and Bill Lewis, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Ruth Evans (Dennis), Betty Gebhardt, Marie Huey and Robert "Rawhide" Lewis; her grandchildren, Clark "Runt" Lewis, Chad Lewis, Clay Lewis, Tammy McDaniel, Matthew Evans, Richard Gebhardt, Rebecca Lewis, Lee Huey, Ariel Huey, Myranda Chapman, Denise Lewis and Larry Lewis; her sister Betty Moore of North Carolina; and her sister-in-law Frances Allen of Griffin. She is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandson.
