She was predeceased by: her parent James Herbert Speir, Sr.; her husband Joseph Thomas; and her siblings, Louise Speir Hill and Herbert Speir, Jr.. She is survived by: her parent Rosalie Pitts Speir; her daughter Garice Schneider; her son-in-law Larry Schneider of Addison, Texas; her son Jim Peek; her daughter-in-law Clydene Peek of Griffin; her granddaughter Michelle (Dennis Sternitzky) of Plano, Texas; her great grandchildren, Avery, Cade, Vincent and Dylan; her nieces and nephews, Kathy (Thomas Thurston) of Griffin, Jim (Tammy Hill) of Griffin, Lisa McKean of Lucedale and Ricky; and her pet Kevin. She is also survived by great nieces and great nephews, special friends.
