He was predeceased by: his sister Barbara Scarborough Cagle. He is survived by: his wife Samantha Scarborough; his children, Joseph Connor Scarborough and Madison Nichole Scarborough; and his sister Deborah Evans. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and, cousins.
