With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roberta Roper (Griffin, Georgia), who passed away on October 27, 2018 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Oscar Jacoby and Leona Miller Jacoby. She is survived by: her husband Robert Roper; her sister Nancy Jacoby; her sons, Jacob Roper and John Samuel Roper; her daughter-in-law Gretchen Roper; and her granddaughter Anna Roper.
A celebration of Robbie's life will be held at New Salem Baptist Church, 57 Bicycle Road, Griffin on Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at 11:00 am' In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations in Robbie's name to the ALS Association or bibles donated through the Gideons International.
