He was predeceased by: his father Robert Garner; and his brothers, Ralph Garner, Raymond Garner and Roland Garner. He is survived by: his mother Kate Garner of Brooks; his children, Christopher Estes of Panama City, FL, Katie Scroggins (John) of Athens and JoAnna Garner of Griffin; his sister-in-law Richard Garner of Brooks; his sister Rebecca McGraw of Woodbury; his brother-in-law Glenn McGraw of Woodbury; and also, Janice Garner of Brooks and Ronnie Garner of Brooks. He is also survived by three grandchildren; brothers.
