It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan Kapiloff Hammond (Griffin, Georgia), who passed away on November 18, 2018, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Coleman Hammond; and her grandparents, Lawrence, Ethel Kapiloff, Jack and Loreita Rodgers.
She is survived by: her children, Miles Hammond, John Richard Hammond and Jennifer K. Hammond; her grandson Coleman "Henry" Hammond; her parents, Mark Kapiloff and Lillian Kapiloff; her siblings, Marsha Kapiloff of Paula Kapiloff and Richard Kapiloff; her fiancé Chris Colwell; her children, Taylor Colwell of Tyler Colwell and Ethan Hammond; and her uncles, David Clements, Jane Schwartz and Jack Rodgers. She is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Griffin First United Methodist Church Amick Fund.
