He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Feltman and Marie Feltman Couch; and his siblings-in-law, Russell Buffington and Judy Loftin. He is survived by: his wife Nancy H. Feltman; his sons, Jack Feltman, Russ Feltman, Tracy Williams, Lee Feltman and Mandy Feltman; his grandchildren, Jacob Feltman, Emma Feltman, Ansley Feltman, Colin Blouin and Lauren Feltman; his sister Gale Buffington; his brother-in-law Bob Loftin; his niece Robin; his nephews, Will Loftin, Mike Riggan and Marie Riggan; and also William.
