He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia Collins Faulk; his parents, Charles Bryan, Sr. and Ida Lillian Musser Faulk; his son William E. "Billy" Faulk; and his brothers, Charles Faulk and Albert Faulk.
He is survived by: his sons, Thomas Faulk (Debbie) and Paul Faulk; his grandchildren, Amber Warden (Patrick), Danielle Greene (Robert) and Dylan Faulk (McKenzie); his great grandchildren, Natalie Faulk, James Lively, Taylor Lively, Christina Martin, Jack Warden, Kyle Warden, Maddie Faulk and James Faulk; and his great great grandchild Paisley Byrd.
