She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Thompson and Stella Stephens Thompson; and her brother Billy Thompson. She is survived by: her husband Jack Broome of Mt. Airy; her brother Jimmy Thompson; her sister-in-law Janie Thompson of Cornelia; her sister Brenda Adams of Cornelia; her siblings-in-law, Virginia Thompson of Cornelia, Bessie Brown of Mt. Airy, Linda Broome of Honea Path and Reuben Dalton of Homer; and her close friend Lisa Hooper. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
