He was predeceased by : his mother Tammy Allen; and his great-grandparents, Clay and Lena Witherow. He is survived by : his sisters, Brooke Klein of Chatsworth and Chyanne Adams of Hiawassee, GA; his nephews, Eli and Nathan of Chatsworth; his grandparents, Richard, Patricia Williams of Chatsworth and David Allen of Dalton; and his aunts and uncles, Angie (Marshall Smith), Suzzette (Michael Rose), Brandon Williams of Chatsworth and Ashley (Missy Williams). He is also survived by cousins, lifelong friends, and extended family.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to help with final expenses.
