She was predeceased by : her parents, Elsie Orr and John Virgil Williams; and her sister Angela Williams Bagwell. She is survived by : her sister Kathy Williams Payne; her brother-in-law Leo Payne (Shirley Babb); and her nieces, Kaitlin Michele Payne (Cat Carnes) and Tebor Smith (Jimmy). She is also survived by great-niece; and a host of extended family and friends.
