He is survived by: his wife Frances Mullins; his son Robert; his daughter-in-law Jamaica Mullins; his daughter Patty; his son-in-law Alan Pickard; and his grandchildren, Cherish Mullins, Navar Pickard, Clayvin Pickard, Cade Pickard, Patton Pickard, Seth Hernandez and Marisa Hernandez.
