She was predeceased by: her parent Julia Tarpley Fears; her brother Jack Fears; and her nephew Lee Fears. She is survived by: her parent Grady Franklin Fears; her husband Jimmy S. Middlebrooks; her children, Julie Harrison (Anthony) and Jason Middlebrooks (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Joanne Harrison of Hampton, Adam Harrison of Hampton, Mackenzie Middlebrooks of Hampton and Elijah Middlebrooks of Hampton; her brother Robert Mack Hill of Woodstock; and her niece Dorothy Bremer.
