She was predeceased by: her parents, William Millsap and Billie Jean Millsap; her husband James Harold Pledger; and her sisters, Bertha Coffman and Lois McBrayer.
She is survived by: her children, Jean Akins (Wayne) and Jim Pledger; her sister Frances Hutchinson; and her grandchildren, Brian Akins (Lindsey), Carrie Aenmey (Kevin), Kara Newman (Eddie) and Lia Pledger (Kevin). She is also survived by her four great-grandchildren.
