He was predeceased by: his parents, Barney Betsill and Agnes Elizabeth Betsill; his wife Peggy Joyce Russell Betsill; and his son Darrell Betsill. He is survived by: his children, Roger William Betsill (Carol), Glenn Betsill (Gail), Toney Betsill (Linda), Todd Betsill (Sharon) and Tracey Betsill (Katrina); and his brothers, Robert Betsill, Harold Betsill and David Betsill. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, 10 great great-grandchildren.
