He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Rita Hammond Collins (Singleton); and his children, Debi, Homer Ramey, Cindy, Robert Polinsky, Patty, David Latham, Teresa, Johnny Martin, Sharon, Richard Davidson, Al Singleton, Doug and Debbie Singleton. He was also cherished by 15 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
