He was predeceased by : his wife Clara Gillis Stephens. He is survived by : his daughters, Carole Stephens and Jean Tison; his children-in-law, Dawn, Randy Thornsberry, Angie and Brian Weaver; and his great grandchildren, Pene Weaver, Fiona Weaver and Daisy Grace Weaver.
