She was predeceased by : her parents, William Otis Fulghum and Ethel Lee Peavy Fulghum; and her sisters, Lee Kimbrell and Sallie Castleberry. She is survived by : her children, Rachel Williams (Troy) of Cordele, Virginia Worthy of Pelham, AL, Heidi Caldwell of Greenville, SC, Bruce Huey of Cordele and Gwendolyn Ward (Keith) of Somerset, Bermuda; her siblings, William Otis Fulghum, Jr., Brenda Godfrey, Carolyn Howard and Evelyn Dowell; her grandchildren, Chase Prather (Hannah), Ashur Prather (Holly), Kirsten Huey, Taylor Worthy, Isaiah Caldwell and Victoria Caldwell; her stepgrandchildren, Sarah Williams, Donavan Williams and Carly Williams; and her great grandchildren, Kaven Prather, Paisley Prather, Lily Prather and Xavier Carswell. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
