It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Glenda Norris of Hartwell, Georgia, born in Augusta, Georgia, who passed away on March 11, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Lawtis Jackson Woodward and Daphne Mae Powell Woodward; her son Kirk Mitchell Chavos; and her sister Beverly Jean Saunders. She is survived by : her significant other Jimmy Coggins; her children, Sonya Gail Turner of Dorchester, S. C., Keith Shawn Norris and Andria Michele Adams; her siblings, Gretchen Bell, Augusta and Lawtis Jackson Woodward, Jr.; and her grandchildren, Lillian Powell Norris, Corey Kopp, Stephanie Michelle Doster, Randall Keith Doster, Corey Victor Shelton, Amber Elaine Turner, Maggie Mae Adams, James Lewis Adams and Grace Elaine Adams. She is also survived by Eleven great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
