He is survived by: his children, Jerry David of Rock Hill, SC, Vicky Head (Steve) of Seneca, SC and Janet Coley (Phil) of Ashburn, GA.; and his brothers, Ed David of Panama City, FL and Bob David (Barbara) of Spring Hill, FL..
