He is survived by: his wife Sarah Deese Breedlove of Hazlehurst; his daughter-in-law Patty Breedlove of Hazlehurst; his siblings, Richard Breedlove of Hazlehurst and Missie Jackson of Alford, FL; and his grandchildren, Tony Breedlove (Melisa), Jesse Breedlove, Stevie Burkett, Jamie Breedlove, Bobby Breedlove and Sarah Breedlove. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
