It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Ellis Jr. of Hazlehurst, Georgia, born in Plant City, Florida, who passed away on September 21, 2020, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Butch" and Betty Buckins Ellis; and his wife Janet Martin Ellis. He is survived by: his children, William H. Ellis, Jr. of Jesup, Marissa Collier of Jesup, Brittany Michelle Ellis of Jesup and Cody Shane Ellis (Arria Wiggins) of Jesup; his grandchildren, Kyla Lyn Perry, Makynlee Iris Perry, Jacob Nash, Preston Wells and Leanna Pickens; and his brothers, Darian Ellis (Dale) of Hazlehurst and Tommy Ellis of Hazlehurst. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
