He was predeceased by: his parents, Donna Ratliff Diles and James Michael Diles, Sr.; and his brother Mark Anthony Diles. He is survived by: his children, James Michael Diles, III, Curtis Matthew Diles and Jessy Scott Diles; and his sisters, Dana Doraine Barksdale (William) and Lora Lee Snellings (Jeff). He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
