She was predeceased by: her parents, William Jesse Hay, Sr. and Doris Hay; her brother William Jesse Hay, Jr.; and her husband Robert Shattles. She is survived by: her sons, Robert "Jay" Shattles (Nicole Salvati-Jones) and William; her grandchildren, Hannah Shattles, Macy Williams (Andrew Williams), Elizabeth Shattles, Sophia Shattles (Brogan Moore) and Megan Shattles; and her stepgrandson Dakota "Cody" Williams (Jordan).
