It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirl Linda Green of Hiawassee, Georgia, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on May 26, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Richard Dwyer and Cynthia Evelyn Green (Kuecker); her siblings, Sherri L. Peterson (Green), Janet M. Riley (James R. Riley Jr.) and Steven Richard Green; her nieces and nephews, Neil Dwyer Green, Brendan Michael Green, Gavin James Green, Christina Maree Shine (Christopher A. Shine) and Kimberly Ann Carr (Paul T. Carr); and her great-nieces, Grace Catherine Carr and Anna Christina Carr.

In remembrance, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to PAWS, ASPCA, local Humane Society, or the Diabetes Foundation.
