She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie O'Kelley and Floy O'Kelley; her sister Helen O'Kelley Terrell Vandiver; and her husband Donald Michael Wilbanks. She is survived by: her children, Mike Wilbanks (Jewel), Diane Hallman (Tommy), Harriet Elder, Donna Cundiff (Ron), Wanda Moon (Ronnie), Karen Roos (Fredi), Kim Ramsay (Carter) and Ken Wilbanks; and her nieces, Terry Terrell Bennett (Edwin) and Amanda Wilbanks. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren.
Due to the pandemic, a private visitation will be held at Oconee Chapel in Watkinsville, GA on Friday, June 5, 2020 at 10:00 am.
