She was predeceased by: her husband Freeman L. Smith. She is survived by: her sons, Robert Smith (Connie) and Darrell Smith (Lori); her brother Gerrald Phillips; her grandchildren, Jessica Zoucks, Kyle Smith, Nicole LaFleur and Lake Haynes; and her close friends, Bernedette and Sheryl. She is also survived by Six Great Grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
