She is survived by: her husband Earl Futch; her children, Samantha Futch Lagasse (Ryan) and Mathew Futch Alexis; her grandchildren, Paisley, Ryan and Carson (Rae); her stepgrandchildren, Gracie, Madden and Charlotte; her sibling's children, Caleb Cannon, Anthony Cannon and Mackenzie Cannon; and her brother Mason Clark.
