He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Parker and Gladys Dukes Parker; his wife Jackie (Jackie); his son Frank Parker, Jr. (Frankie); and his sisters, Earldine, Avis, Katie and Helen.
He is survived by: his brother Homer; his daughters, Kimberly (David), Tamera (Jerry) and Lynnette (Jeff); his grandchildren, Ryan, Grayson, Brandon, Garrett, Brooke, Christopher, Victoria, Katie, Haley and Britney; and his great grandchildren, Landon, Grayson, Kezlynne, Ellie, Saylor and Tayen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
