He was predeceased by: his father Illuminado Cabrera. He is survived by: his mother Herminia Cabrera; his sisters, Iris Cabrera and Diana Cabrera (Vivian Santiago); and his children, Jose Santiago, Carlos Santiago, Hector Santiago and Ana Brown. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
