He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Shan Powell of Powder Springs, GA; his daughters, Gina Leach (David) of Lugoff, SC and Kristen Phillips of Charlotte, NC; his brother Sam Powell (Connie); his grandchildren, Taylor Phillips, Addison Leach and Connor Phillips; his pet Zoe; and his parents, Samuel Powell and Emma Lee Powell. He was also cherished by three nieces; and loving companion.
