He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Sullivan and Marilyn Sullivan; and his siblings, Marlene Sullivan and Neal Sullivan. He is survived by: his daughter Lindsey Sullivan; his wife Terri Sullivan; his brother Dale Sullivan; his nephew Justin Sullivan; and his nieces, Ryane Sullivan and Mackenzie Sullivan.
