He is survived by : his wife Diane Worthy of Hogansville; his sons, Scott Worthy of LaGrange and Kevin (Stephanie Worthy); his grandchildren, Jordan Gay, Ethan Worthy, Michael Worthy, Lacey Worthy and Ashley Owen; and his nephew Rex Worthy.
