It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lillian Adams of Hortense, Georgia, born in Dothan, Alabama, who passed away on September 12, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, J. E. Oliver and Minnie Beatrice Hughes Oliver; and her husband Rev. James Robin Adams. She is survived by: her children, Peggy Adams Strickland (Cary Carter) of Hortense and David Ellie Adams of Hortense; her grandchildren, Carey Elizabeth Flowers (Cale), Erin Camille Johns (Jarrett) and Paul Gregory Adams; and her great grandchildren, Abbey Flowers, Caylen Flowers, Riley Johns, Autry Johns and Evan Adams. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
