It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loretta Helen Dillman (Hoschton, Georgia), who passed away on September 1, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her father Eric Hill; her husband James W. Dillman of Hoschton; her daughters, Lisa Ann Ulam (Jim) of Atlanta, Karen Ann Sebach (Doug) of Norfolk and Carla Ann Dillman (Greg Wold) of Madison; and her siblings, Joseph P. Budd and Elizabeth J. Budd.
