She was predeceased by: her parents, Junior Mills and Patsey McDaniel Martin of Virginia. She is survived by: her husband Billy Monroe Hinesley, Sr.; her children, Billy Monroe Hinesley, Jr. (Patsey), Tammy Allison (Roger) and Susan Dougherty (Tony); her brother Wesley Martin (Holly); and her sibling's children, Kaitlyn Grace Martin and Wesley Martin, Jr.. She is also survived by five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
