Ree Crosby Unterspan Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ree Crosby Unterspan (Jacksonville, Georgia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 8, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Ree Crosby may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Ree Crosby touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Otis and Claudine Aldridge Crosby; and her husband John Alan Unterspan. She is survived by: her daughter Leigh Tuell (Jon); her grandson Jake Tuell; her sister Karolyn McKoy (Jim); her niece Deena M. Taylor (Michael); and her nephew James M. McKoy, Jr.. She is also survived by loving cousins, great-nephews, great-nieces and a great-great-niece.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lakewood Church of Jacksonville.
