He was predeceased by: his parents, Albia Yeast and Mary Yeast; his son Timothy A. Yeast; and his siblings-in-law, Marjorie E. Kostbade and James Clardy.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Yeast of Jasper; his brother Orval "Butch"; his siblings-in-law, Linda Yeast of Jasper, Joyce Logsdon of Evansville, Indiana, Donna, Garry Ghormley of Lynnville, Indiana and Mike Kostbade of Newburgh, Indiana; and his sibling's children, Jeffery (Michelle Yeast), April Yeast of Jasper, Paul (Laura Logsdon), Lori Kostbade (David Matteson) and Amy (Ryan Fairchild). He is also survived by eight great nieces and nephews; and two great-great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Roper Funeral Home (206 Holly St, Jasper, GA 30143). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Roper Funeral Home Chapel (206 Holly St, Jasper, GA 30143). A burial was held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Georgia National Cemetery (1080 Scott Hudgens Dr, Canton, GA 30114).
