He was predeceased by: his father Robert Patterson Raye. He is survived by: his mother Heidemarie Crowe of Jasper; his sister Patricia; his brother-in-law David Parks of Fairmount; his brother Donald Raye; his siblings' children, Jessica Parks of Fairmount, Rebekah Parks of Fairmount, Sarah Parks of Fairmount and John Parks of Fairmount; and his cousins, Shirley Holcomb, Sylvia Bruce, Stephen Raye and Thomas Raye. He is also survived by Uncles, an aunt, and other family members.
The family will accept flowers or memorial donations in his honor may be made to National Veterans Foundation.
