It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Jean Childers of Jasper, Georgia, who passed away on November 27, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Childers; and her sons, Gerald Childers and David Childers. She is survived by: her children, Raymond Childers of Hinton, Lamar (Kerri Childers), Lisha (Bo Hightower), Ruby (David Helton) and Michelle (Bobby Wishon); her daughter-in-law Vivian Childers of Ludville; and her siblings, Billy (Sue Boling), Ricky (Trina Boling), Faye (James Davis) and Susie (Charlie Mallory). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twenty-six great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
