He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Moye Price and Josephine Hobgood Price; and his son Joseph Price. He is survived by: his wife Priscilla McGlaun Price; his son Robert David Price of Jasper; his brother Jack D. Price (Price) of Smyrna; and his sister-in-law Ramona Veeck of Sherman, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and great nephews.
