She was predeceased by: her husband Herb Strickland; her parent Cleon; and her siblings, Myra Mullinax and Bill Lawson. She is survived by: her son Ray Strickland of Jasper; her grandchildren, Matt Strickland of Athens, Kerry Strickland of Jasper, Leigh and Kevon Combs of Baldwin, Georgia; and her brother Jim Lawson of Ball Ground. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Blanche's memory may be made to Pickens Senior Center or Boys and Girls Club of Jasper.
