He is survived by: his children, Logan Mathis, Eli Mathis, Brooke Allen of Tate, GA and Nevaeh Mathis of Tate, GA; his parents, Willie Mathis and Margie Mathis; his sister Sabrina Moriarty; and his grandmother Juanita Ramey of Jasper, GA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
