He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Cloud and Marie Cloud; his son Ricky Cloud; his stepson Scott Kirby; his siblings, Emma O'Bryant, Evelyn Allen, Hubert Cloud and Katie Parker; and his parents-in-law, Jessie and Paul Moss.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Moss Cloud; his daughter Donna Cloud Cox (Chuck); his stepson Mark Kirby (Clarcy); his daughter-in-law Teresa Kirby Dixon (Allen); his grandchildren, Annie Glover (Kevin), Tyler Cloud, Evan Cloud, Jonathan Kirby (Erin), Crysta Eldridge (Robert), Hanna Kirby, Katherine Jones (Steven) and Alice Williams (Stetson); his great grandchildren, Liam Glover, Avery Glover, Anniston Kirby, Wade Kirby and Kinzee Williams; and his siblings-in-law, Mike Moss (Donna) and Beth Moss. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
