It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil Edward Sweat (Jasper, Georgia), who passed away on December 6, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Claudie Theodore and Mary Elizabeth "Tom" Sweat; his siblings, Doris Lee and Wayne Sweat; his son-in-law Adam Gentry; and his grandson Roger Green.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Sweat of Marble Hill; his siblings, Claudette Cantrell of Canton and Dewey; his siblings-in-law, Willa Sweat of Mesa Arizona, Charles and Joann Tomblin of Dublin; his granddaughter Kaya Jordan; and his aunt Yvonne Disharoon. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
