He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Hyde (Tim) of Talking Rock; his brothers, Billy Ballew of Jasper and Homer Ballew of Kentucky; his granddaughter Emily Coker (William) of Jasper; his great grandchildren, Nate, Kash and Lilly Coker; and his brother James Setser.
